With 1 week remaining in the NEBL Regular Season, the playoff matchups have still not been decided. San Pedro Tiger Sharks was able to lock up the #1 seed and home court advantage throughout the playoffs and is the only team to clinch their playoff seeding. Monday, April 30 will be the first NEBL game to be played in the newly constructed Belize City Civic Center.

Below is a breakdown of the different playoff scenarios.
- San Pedro Tiger Sharks (10 – 2)
- Has clinched a playoff berth.
- Has clinched the #1 seed and home court advantage throughout the playoffs.
- San Pedro will play either DigiCell Belize City Defenders or Smart Belize Hurricanes in the semi-finals.
- Griga Dream Ballers (9 – 2)
- Has clinched a playoff berth.
- Will remain with the #2 seed if they win their last game versus Smart Belize Hurricanes.
- Will fall to the #3 seed if they lose their last game versus Smart Belize Hurricanes by more than 5 points and Smart Belize Hurricanes wins their last game versus DigiCell Belize City Defenders.
- Will play either Smart Belize Hurricanes or DigiCell Belize City Defenders in the semi-finals.
- Smart Belize Hurricanes (7 – 3)
- Has clinched a playoff berth.
- Can clinch the #2 seed and home court advantage in the semi-finals if they win their remaining 2 games versus Griga Dream Ballers and DigiCell Belize City Defenders and the win versus Griga Dream Ballers is by more than 5 points.
- Will remain with the #3 seed if they win only one of their remaining games versus Griga Dream Ballers or DigiCell Belize City Defenders.
- DigiCell Belize City Defenders (6 – 5)
- Has clinched a playoff berth.
- Can clinch the #3 seed if they win their last game versus Smart Belize Hurricanes and Smart Belize Hurricanes loses their game versus Griga Dream Ballers.
- Will be the #4 seed going into the playoffs if they lose their last game versus Smart Belize Hurricanes or if Smart Belize Hurricanes defeats Griga Dream Ballers.
- Verdes (4 – 7)
- Unable to make the playoffs this season.
- Belmopan Bandits (2 – 9)
- Unable to make the playoffs this season.
- Orange Walk Running Rebels (1 – 11)
- Unable to make the playoffs this season.
