With Belmopan Bandits and Verdes losing this weekend, both teams have been stripped of all hopes to make the playoffs. Verdes, Belmopan Bandits and Orange Walk Running Rebels are unable to make the playoffs this season, giving the remaining four teams a spot in the semi-finals. Griga Dream Ballers, San Pedro Tiger Sharks, Smart Belize Hurricanes and DigiCell Belize City Defenders are the 4 playoff teams that are now fighting for playoff positioning and home court advantage in the first round.

- Has clinched a playoff berth.
- Will clinch the #1 seed if they defeat San Pedro by more than 4 points.
- Will clinch the #2 seed and home court advantage in the semi-finals with 1 more win.
- San Pedro Tiger Sharks (8 – 2)
- Has clinched a playoff berth.
- Can clinch the #1 seed going into the playoffs if they win their remaining two games versus Griga Dream Ballers and Digicell Belize City Defenders.
- Can clinch the #2 seed and home court advantage in the semi-finals if they defeat Digicell Belize City Defenders.
- Smart Belize Hurricanes (6 – 3)
- Has clinched a playoff berth.
- Can clinch the #2 seed and home court advantage in the semi-finals if they win their remaining 3 games and San Pedro loses their remaining 2 games.
- DigiCell Belize City Defenders (6 – 3)
- Has clinched a playoff berth.
- Can clinch the #2 seed and home court advantage in the first round if they win their remaining 3 games.
- Verdes (2 – 7)
- Unable to make the playoffs this season.
- Belmopan Bandits (2 – 7)
- Unable to make the playoffs this season.
