Below are the standings with 4 weeks remaining in the 12-game regular season. The top four teams will advance to the semi-final round. The top 4 teams are now jostling for playoff position and home court advantage, while Belmopan Bandits and Verdes are clinging on to a life-machine to squeeze in to the fourth and final playoff spot. Verdes and Bandits need to win out and hope for the results of other games to fall in their favor in order to get a chance to return to the playoffs; and only one of these two teams will be able to make the playoffs.

Below is a breakdown of the different playoff scenarios.
- San Pedro Tiger Sharks (8 – 2)
- Has clinched a playoff berth.
- Can clinch home court advantage in the semi-finals with 1 more win versus Digicell Belize City Defenders or Griga Dream Ballers.
- Can clinch the #1 seed going into the playoffs if they win their last two games versus Griga Dream Ballers and Digicell Belize City Defenders.
- Griga Dream Ballers (8 – 1)
- Has clinched a playoff berth.
- Will clinch home court advantage in the semi-finals with 1 more win and a loss by Smart Belize Hurricanes.
- They can also clinch home court advantage in the semi-finals if they win 2 of their remaining 3 games versus Verdes, San Pedro Tiger Sharks and Smart Belize Hurricanes.
- Can clinch the #1 seed if they defeat San Pedro Tiger Sharks by more than 4 points and Smart Belize Hurricanes loses 1 more game or Griga Dream Ballers wins one more game.
- DigiCell Belize City Defenders (5 – 3)
- Will clinch a playoff berth if they win 2 of their remaining 4 games versus Belmopan Bandits, Verdes, San Pedro Tiger Sharks and Smart Belize Hurricanes.
- Can clinch a playoff berth if both Verdes and Belmopan Bandits lose 1 more game.
- Smart Belize Hurricanes (5 – 3)
- Will clinch a playoff berth if they win 2 of their remaining 4 games versus Orange Walk Running Rebels, Belmopan Bandits, Griga Dream Ballers and DigiCell Belize City Defenders.
- Can clinch a playoff berth if Verdes and Belmopan Bandits each lose 1 more game.
- Verdes (2 – 6)
- Can clinch a playoff spot if they win their remaining 4 games and Belize City Defenders loses 3 of their remaining 4 games versus Belmopan Bandits, Verdes, San Pedro Tiger Sharks and Smart Belize Hurricanes.
- Belmopan Bandits (2 – 6)
- Can clinch a playoff spot if they win their remaining 4 games and Belize City Defenders loses 3 of their remaining 4 games versus Belmopan Bandits, Verdes, San Pedro Tiger Sharks and Smart Belize Hurricanes.
- Can clinch a playoff spot if they win their remaining 4 games and Smart Belize Hurricanes loses 3 of their remaining 4 games versus Orange Walk Running Rebels, Belmopan Bandits, Griga Dream Ballers and DigiCell Belize City Defenders AND they defeat Hurricanes by more than 4 points.
- Orange Walk Running Rebels (0 – 9)
- Unable to make playoffs this season.
